Refund policy

All products sold in EVOLUTS.STORE are digital products delivered electronically.

Access to the purchased digital files is granted immediately after successful payment.

Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate access provided, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available once the order has been completed.

Before placing an order, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring that their software, hardware, and footage format are compatible with the purchased Digital Content. Product descriptions clearly specify the intended use and recommended workflows.

The Seller is not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by incorrect use of the Digital Content, improper color workflow, or footage recorded in an incompatible or unsupported profile.

If the Buyer experiences technical issues that prevent access to the purchased files (such as download errors or corrupted files), the Seller will provide assistance to restore access or re-deliver the Digital Content.

This policy applies worldwide and is subject to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Buyer’s country of residence.
