TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EVOLUTS.STORE – Digital Products
1. DEFINITIONS
Store – the online store operated under the name EVOLUTS.STORE, available at https://evoluts.store.
Seller – Cam-L Studio, ul. Szafirowa 8/1, 64-500 Kępa, Poland.
Buyer – any individual or legal entity purchasing products through the Store.
Digital Content – digital files delivered electronically, including but not limited to LUT files, presets and related digital products.
Agreement – a sales contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller through the Store.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Store and purchase Digital Content, the Buyer must have a device with Internet access, a web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, and an active e-mail address.
4. SHOPPING IN THE STORE
All prices displayed in the Store are final prices.
The Buyer places an order by adding selected products to the cart and completing the checkout process.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Agreement is concluded at the moment payment is successfully completed.
Creating a user account is not required to make a purchase.
5. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through payment methods available in the Store, including payment cards and online payment platforms such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other methods supported by Shopify.
Payment must be made immediately at checkout. Orders that are not paid will not be processed.
6. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT
All products sold in the Store are digital products only.
Delivery is performed electronically.
Access to the purchased Digital Content is granted immediately after successful payment via a download link displayed on the order confirmation page and sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address.
No physical shipment is involved.
7. NO REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access granted after purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds, returns or exchanges are not available once the order has been completed, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Buyer’s country of residence require otherwise.
8. COMPLAINTS AND SUPPORT
The Seller is obliged to provide Digital Content free from technical defects.
If the Buyer experiences technical issues such as download errors or corrupted files, the Seller will provide assistance to restore access or re-deliver the Digital Content.

9. LICENSE AND USE OF DIGITAL CONTENT
The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Digital Content.
The license allows use for personal and commercial projects.
The Buyer may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share or make the Digital Content available to third parties, or include it in competing products or marketplaces.
All intellectual property rights remain with the Seller.
10. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed for order fulfillment, customer communication and legal and accounting purposes.
Detailed information regarding personal data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Store.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes do not affect agreements concluded before the changes take effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws depending on the Buyer’s place of residence.
