SHIPPING POLICY

EVOLUTS.STORE – Digital Products


All products available in EVOLUTS.STORE are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

1. Digital Delivery

Orders are fulfilled automatically after successful payment. Access to the purchased digital files is provided immediately via a download link displayed on the order confirmation page and sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address.

2. Download Access

The Buyer is responsible for providing a valid e-mail address during checkout to ensure proper delivery of download links.

For security and system-related reasons, download links may be subject to time limits or a limited number of download attempts.

3. File Formats and Compatibility

Digital products are delivered in formats specified in the product description (e.g. .cube files for LUTs).
Before purchasing, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their software, hardware, and workflow.

4. Backup Responsibility

The Buyer is responsible for downloading and securely storing the purchased files. We recommend creating personal backups, as access to download links may not be available indefinitely.

5. Technical Issues

If the Buyer experiences technical issues accessing or downloading the purchased files (such as corrupted files or download errors), customer support will assist in restoring access or re-delivering the digital content.

6. No Physical Shipping

As all products are digital, shipping fees, delivery times, tracking numbers, courier services, and pickup options do not apply.

7. Updates

From time to time, digital products may be updated. The Seller reserves the right, but not the obligation, to provide updated versions of purchased products.
